The Challenge
The house came to us as an unfinished shell: structure complete, nothing fixed inside. The client wanted the whole interior finished in one contract, with the kitchen and sitting room carrying the character of the home.
Why This Matters
Thoughtful design is not about adding more — it is about making every element earn its place. When storage, flow, and functionality are planned as an integrated system, the result is a home that works better, feels larger, and continues to surprise you long after move-in.
Our Approach
We planned the entire house before building a single unit: kitchen cabinetry, living room joinery and the storage that ties them together. The finish was set at the first meeting and held through every room, then the joinery was installed in one continuous sequence so the family moved into a finished home rather than a work site.

The Result
An empty shell is now a fully appointed home. The kitchen combines the practicality the family asked for with a finish they are glad to show off, and it has become one of the favourite parts of the house.
