The Challenge
The house was still in early construction when the client came to us: structural walls going up, no finishing started. They wanted a home that felt elegant and orderly without being overdone, and they wanted the interior decisions made now, while the building was still open to influence.
Why This Matters
Thoughtful design is not about adding more — it is about making every element earn its place. When storage, flow, and functionality are planned as an integrated system, the result is a home that works better, feels larger, and continues to surprise you long after move-in.
Our Approach
We planned the interiors while the carcass was still flexible: room layout, circulation paths, storage, woodwork integration and finishing details were all settled against the bare structure instead of after the fact. The house was then built to the design, rather than the design being fitted into a finished house.

Key Design Features
The Result
A home where each space feels deliberate rather than decorated: rooms flow into one another, storage sits where it is used, and nothing looks as if it was solved later. This is what design early enough can do, compared with design that only reacts to what is already built.
