The Challenge
The client's home arrived at carcass stage: structure in place, none of the interior fixed. The brief covered the entire house in one pass, from kitchen layout and custom closet systems to integrated storage, lighting and finishing, with no room left as a placeholder.
Why This Matters
Thoughtful design is not about adding more — it is about making every element earn its place. When storage, flow, and functionality are planned as an integrated system, the result is a home that works better, feels larger, and continues to surprise you long after move-in.
Our Approach
We treated the house as a single package of decisions, not a list of separate trades. The kitchen layout, closet systems, storage plan and lighting and electrical routing were all resolved together on paper first, so every trade installed to the same drawings and the client approved the look of the house before we touched the materials.

The Result
Handover was a complete house rather than a set of completed jobs. The kitchen, closets, lighting and storage all hold to the same plan, and the rooms read as one home because they were built as one.
