The Challenge
A consulting firm needed a conference room that carried weight in client presentation and board sessions while working flat out for daily meetings. The existing room felt generic, furnished without design, and it was not making the impression the firm wanted to make.
Why This Matters
Thoughtful design is not about adding more — it is about making every element earn its place. When storage, flow, and functionality are planned as an integrated system, the result is a home that works better, feels larger, and continues to surprise you long after move-in.
Our Approach
We set the room's authority with a single moved element: a custom wood-panelled black wall with integrated display shelving behind the table, subtle task-oriented lighting that shifts between working and presenting, and materials chosen to match the firm's palette rather than dominate it. The room stays all business because nothing in it is decorative for its own sake.

The Result
A boardroom that reads as deliberate and holds up through long sessions. The firm reports clients commenting on how professional the room feels, several of them doing so unsolicited after meetings.
